The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Toyama train station. There's a nearby mall with many food choices and also a pharmacy. The staff are well trained, especially in dealing with non-locals – I really felt that I was in a top-rated hotel. The breakfast buffet was also good, with quality food. The rooms are big, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The room comes with a Nespresso machine, and pods are available at the lobby.
This is quite minor but I'm not sure about the trip outside the room to get hot/cold drinking water. On the one hand, I appreciate the hotel's environment-friendly approach in drinking water provision – a refillable pitcher vs water in plastic bottles. On the other, there's the inconvenience of going out of your room to get water, though it's on the same floor.

Central location, staff super friendly, close to train station
Location is very central. Room is big enough for 2. Very clean. Parking was available at the hotel in a locked garage on site which was very secure and comfortable.
A very nice hotel in Toyama.We just stayed there for a night before traveling on the Alpine route, but I wouldn't mind staying there for a longer period.
Parking facilities were very much appreciated. Other hotels in the area do not have dedicated parking, so this makes this property exemplary.
Restaurant hours within the hotel seems sparse. It would've been nice to have a restaurant with a bar that we could visit and reliably know that there would be service and that it wouldn't be closed.
The building is clean and stylish. Friendly and attentive staff. Coin Laundry. “Kurobe water” server on each level. Local food menu for breakfast.
The room is a little bit small.
